A brief history
Tumble Downs Restaurant and Cafe was opened by Werner and Michele Jacobs in 2006. Situated on an original stud farm in the Karkloof, Tumble Downs has successfully succeeded in transforming a once run down stable block into a comfortable café & restaurant with a warm and friendly atmosphere.
With passion and determination to create a lifestyle for themselves and their three young children, Werner and Michele have returned to the Midlands having previously run a private game lodge in the the KZN interior. Today, they have built a reputation for friendliness, hospitality and fine cuisine. |
